IT-OT Integration in manufacturing plant
Our solution integrates data from SCADA/PLC and weighbridge with SAP. Real time inputs are gathered from the PLC system through OPC UA Connector and analysed in the data platform. Volume of Oil dispatched by trucks is also gathered in a batch process. Data analysis and co-relations happen in the data platform which acts as a single source of truth. Data is also pushed to SAP from the Data platform for reconciliation.
